Cookies

This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies of its own.

Our forms. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, is sending our booking and contact forms. It may store a small amount of information in your browser while you use a form. This is strictly necessary to protect the form from spam, so it does not need your consent. Cloudflare explains what it collects in its privacy policy.

Videos. Our videos are hosted on YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. When you do, the video plays in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, but YouTube (Google) may still set cookies or store information in your browser. If you'd rather it didn't, don't press play. Google explains how it uses this information in its privacy policy.

Your details

Who we are. LearnerBrake is run by Ilias Fotidis, a sole trader trading as LearnerBrake, 32 St Andrew's Close, Canterbury, Kent CT1 2RT. Email contact@learnerbrake.co.uk.

What we collect. Only what you type into our booking or contact form: your name, phone numbers, email address, car make and model, learner type, rental length and message.

Why. To reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange and manage your rental. We don't use your details for marketing and we never sell or share them, except with the services that run this website and our email (Cloudflare and Google), which handle them on our behalf. These providers may process data outside the UK under the legal safeguards UK law requires.

How long. We keep your enquiry only as long as we need it to deal with your request and any rental that follows.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you by emailing contact@learnerbrake.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
